Personal data processing
LuaSOS, Tax ID (RUC) —, domiciled at —, declares that the processing of your personal data in this virtual Complaints Book is intended to properly handle your complaint or claim in accordance with applicable regulations and to keep a historical record of cases in order to improve service quality. Your personal data will be processed under our Privacy Policy and retained for the period required by law. You may exercise your data protection rights by writing to contacto@luasos.com, stating your full name and document number. Filing a complaint or claim does not prevent you from pursuing other dispute-resolution channels, nor is it a prerequisite for filing a report with INDECOPI. The provider will respond to the complaint or claim within no more than fifteen (15) business days, which is non-extendable.
